AccuHost Pro, LLC reserves the right to not accept any person or entity as a customer. Please fully read this User Agreement before accepting any of our services.

Further business with AccuHost Pro, LLC constitutes that you have read this agreement and are aware and agree with all 5 Sections of this Agreement.

Section 1 - Domain Name Registration:

1.1 AccuHost Pro, LLC is not a domain name registrar. Domain names are registered through an external service provider. AccuHost Pro, LLC’s domain name fees include domain name searches, purchase, and set up of our DNS.

1.2 Domain Name purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased (see Section 5 – 5.1 of this Agreement). You must make sure you spell the domain name correctly that you want purchased.

1.3 Domain Names are purchased and renewed for one (1) year by default. You must specify if you want your domain name purchased for more than one year.

1.4 If more than a one year purchase is required, and the domain was already purchased, you must wait until the following year to specify the length of renewal, in writing, thirty (30) days before the renewal date.

1.5 If a domain name registrar transfer is needed, it would be your responsibility to transfer the domain name to another registrar company and the cost incurred. AccuHost Pro, LLC will not set up the new DNS if another hosting company is being used.

1.6 Domain Name registration, purchases, transfers or renewals are not the responsibility of AccuHost Pro, LLC. Domain name registrations are offered as a third party service and may be included in a package offer but are never a mandatory responsibility of AccuHost Pro, LLC.

Section 2 - Web Hosting:

2.1 AccuHost Pro, LLC will provide bandwidth and storage but is not responsible for the set up of any email accounts or email features (see Section 3 – 3.6 of this Agreement). You can retrieve your emails from any internet browser (e.g.: Internet Explorer or Firefox) or from any POP3/IMAP email software (e.g.: Outlook, Thunderbird).

2.2 AccuHost Pro, LLC is not responsible for setting up any hosting preferences, file management, passwords, databases, or modules through the control panel. You or your web designer would require access to your hosting control panel; if AccuHost Pro, LLC is not your web designer (see Section 3 – 3.6 of this Agreement).

2.3 Hosting payments are set up through PayPal automatic payment subscriptions to be billed on a monthly basis on the First (1st) of every month. Your hosting account will be automatically renewed under the same hosting package unless you give written notice to AccuHost Pro, LLC fifteen (15) days before the renewal date that you wish to change your hosting package.

2.4 AccuHost Pro, LLC offers hosting services on a month to month basis. If you wish to cancel your hosting, you must give a fifteen (15) day notice regarding cancellation of your hosting package. If a fifteen (15) day notice is not given in writing, AccuHost Pro, LLC charges a cancellation fee of $25. All cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation. Cancellation will be in effect on the last day of any month. No Refunds will be issued (See Section 5 – 5.1 of this Agreement).

2.5 Multiple domain names may not share a single hosting account unless you have a Master Reseller Account (See Section 2 - 2.7 of this Agreement). Each domain name would require its' own seperate hosting account and its own seperate control panel. You may transfer your hosting to another domain name if requested. (See Section 2 - 2.6 of this Agreement).

2.6 If you wish to transfer your web hosting to a different domain name, AccuHost Pro, LLC can, upon request, cancel all file sharing, uploads, and email accounts, and create a new hosting account under a different domain name. The cost for this service $25 per request. This process may take up to 48 hours. FTP access to your site is not available for transfer purposes.

2.7 If you purchased a Master Reseller account, you may host multiple domain names. Those domain names would be linked to your single reseller account and not the responsibility of AccuHost Pro, LLC to maintain, back-up, set up or design.

2.8 AccuHost Pro, LLC is not responsible for backing up or storing offline copies of client sites to re-upload in case of crashing scenarios or when changing servers if need be. The client's web designer should have the website to upload, unless AccuHost Pro, LLC is the web host and the web designer also.

Section 3 - Web Designing:

3.1 Once site design is agreed upon (via this Agreement), design is considered approved. Any subsequent changes to design are billable at our standard rates. No Refunds will be given (see Section 5 – 5.1 of this Agreement).

3.2 A $50 set up fee will be charged to initially design a template for your site, including initial HTML, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and any JavaScript (JS). Content pages are $100 per page to be consistent with initial headers, footers and graphics.

3.3 Any coding updates/changes in CSS, HTMl, or JS start at $10.00 per update after initial set up of your template.

3.4 All custom graphics begin at $25.00 each and may increase with resolution and quantity.

3.5 Monthly maintenance fees start at $30.00 and vary on quantity of updates and content.

3.6 All payments are set up through PayPal for web site development, updates, or pro-rated payments.

3.7 AccuHost Pro, LLC as your web designing company, would require full access to your hosting company, if AccuHost Pro, LLC is not your web host provider, for the purpose of setting up email accounts, email preferences, file management and any database or module installations.

Section 4 – Payments:

4.1 All payments are set up electronically through PayPal only, for either web hosting services (see Section 2 – 2.3 of this Agreement) or for web designing (see Section 3 – 3.6 of this Agreement).

4.2 AccuHost Pro, LLC will not accept any personal or business checks or cash as payment.

4.3 All payments and deposits are non-refundable (see Section 5 of this Agreement).

Section 5 - No Refunds Policy:

5.1 AccuHost Pro, LLC does not offer any type of full or partial refund on Domain Name purchases, hosting services, and web site design content, updates, changes or graphics created. All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

5.2 Projects may be postponed, delayed, and rescheduled but are non-cancelable. You may receive a credit for your deposit or payment. Credits issued are only valid and applicable for up to six (6) months of the date issued. After six (6) months, AccuHost Pro, LLC considers the agreement terminated if credit is not used.

5.3 AccuHost Pro, LLC reserves the right to issue refunds under exceptional circumstances and on an extreme per-case basis. Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of AccuHost Pro, LLC and its Management and/or Class A Officers. If cancellation is inevitable, 50% of deposit would be refunded or 50% of outstanding fee balance is to be paid at time of cancellation.
